Are you looking to take your business further? Maybe you are thinking of expanding, introducing new product lines or services or investing in premises, moving online or taking on staff. If you have a business which has been trading for between 18 months and 3 years and you’re looking to take your next steps along your business journey, then ‘Thinking Better for Success’ will help take your start-up business from surviving to thriving.
Many companies in the “survival stage” remain there, or worse, after a period of struggle, go out of business. To start making sustainable profits, owners must move from working in their business to working on their business. With the difficult year we have all faced there is no better time to implement change for both yourself and your business.
Our tailored programme, ‘Thinking Better for Success’ is Stage 4 of our award winning ‘Supporting the Unsung Hero’ programme. Delivered and supported by our experienced team of business advisers, we want to see our delegates and their businesses continue to grow and thrive.
This 4-day programme of support is lead by expert business coach Isabel Knight. Isabel has a wealth of experience and will expertly help you identify the right path and make the right choices to scale up: putting the foundations and systems in place to create a platform for sustainable business growth and personal mindset.
With so many of us now working from home working securely and safely online is now more important than ever not only for business success and continuity but for customer confidence and your business’s reputation.
