DRME is an acronym for diet, resilience, mindset and exercise, and by making small habit changes to each area helps individuals improve their wellbeing quicker with longer lasting effects.

I help women in midlife to create a body full of energy that allows them to jump out of bed excited to embrace the day without relying on coffee and a post-lunch nap to get them through the day by focusing on the unique DR ME model.
